Education
The Derby’s Education Program uses the tools and values of Soap Box Derby racing to introduce Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) to students in an enjoyable, engaging way.
Building Blocks for Practical Skills
STEM education not only provides young learners with hands-on opportunities to build Science, Technology, Engineering and Math skills, it also provides the building blocks for practical skills that will help them in many facets of life.
GRC STEM Team Competition
Put your STEM skills to action assembling and racing Soap Box Derby cars! The Soap Box Derby’s Gravity Racing Challenge® STEM Team Competition is an exciting opportunity for students in grades 3-12 to compete against other school and youth organization teams.
