The Bill Speeg Memorial
Scholarship Fund
Donors have the option of directing their gift to the Bill Speeg Memorial Scholarship Fund. The Fund was established in 2016. The Fund honors the late Bill Speeg, who passed away in 2014 at the age of 46.
Each year, at the FirstEnergy Soap Box Derby World Championships, racers compete for the chance to win not just the Championship, but the top three finishers in the Local and Rally Divisions are awarded a scholarship from the Fund, thanks to the Speeg Family and your generous gifts.
