Russ Kinsey

For five decades, Russ Kinsey has been a driving force in Soap Box Derby racing in Mansfield, Ohio, starting as a teenager in 1962 when he organized a Derby booster club. He later promoted the race by staging construction clinics. After the race moved to a neighboring town, Russ was instrumental in its retune to Mansfield in 1970. In the years since, had served in every office in the local organization and is its current vice president. He attended his 50th consecutive All-American Soap Box Derby in 2008.
